My Wallet ("the App") is a personal finance management application developed by Tariq Al-aqrabawi. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

📊 Information We Collect

The App may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name and email address provided through Apple Sign In for authentication purposes.
• Financial Data: Transactions, budgets, saving goals, debts, salary, investments, and wallet accounts you enter into the App. This data is stored locally on your device and synced to Firebase for cross-device access.
• Usage Data: Basic app usage analytics to improve the user experience.
• Biometric Data: Face ID or Touch ID is used locally for app lock security. Biometric data never leaves your device.

🔒 How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's financial tracking features.
• To sync your data across your devices via Firebase.
• To provide AI-powered financial advice (when using the AI Advisor feature with DeepSeek API).
• To manage your subscription and in-app purchases through Apple's StoreKit.
• To send push notifications (with your permission).

🤖 AI Advisor & Third-Party Services

The AI Advisor feature sends anonymized financial summaries (not raw transaction data) to DeepSeek's API to generate personalized advice. No personally identifiable information is shared with DeepSeek.

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config.
• Apple StoreKit — Subscription and in-app purchase management.
• DeepSeek API — AI-powered financial advice generation.

💳 Subscriptions

My Wallet offers an optional "Wallet Pro" subscription at $5.99/month that unlocks premium features. Subscription details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.

🛡️ Data Security

Your financial data is stored securely using Apple's SwiftData framework on your device and encrypted Firebase Firestore in the cloud. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. Biometric authentication data is processed entirely on-device by Apple's Secure Enclave and is never transmitted.

🗑️ Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as you maintain an active account. You can delete all your data at any time by signing out of the App, which removes your local data. To request deletion of cloud data, please contact us at the email below.

👶 Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
